Boiler and furnace 101

Jose Rodriguez
Posted

Hello so me and my gf both bought two  family homes. My house currently has two boilers and two furnaces. My gf only has one boiler and one furnace. What are the disadvantages of having one boiler and one furnace for a two unit house? We are both new to this. Any info would be gladly appreciated.
