Hello all, I'm actively looking for multi-family assets in North Carolina and striving to close my first deal by the end of 2022. I am looking to acquire B/C class value-add properties in the Raleigh-Durham-Chapel Hill market. I am slowly building my investor database and have started building broker relationships to increase my deal flow. I would love to connect with others in this industry who share the same interest. I'm honest, hard-working and very passionate about this career. My strengths involve analysis and underwriting and am very confident in myself. My weaknesses would involve any type of operational knowledge and capital raising simply because I have little experience on these subjects. I'd love to schedule a time to chat with anyone who is interested as I may be able to bring either a deal or capital to the table on future endeavors.
