Hi all, I am looking to invest in multi-units/apartments. I reside in CA but open to out-of-state investing. Ideally, I am looking to partner with someone, or a group, on a deal so I can learn the ropes as I am new when it comes to commercial real estate. Looking to connect and network with people or for any suggestions on how to start on this process.
