Reasonable EMD on a 1.6M MF deal in rural Indiana
What would be considered a reasonable earnest money deposit for a small apartment complex deal in rural Indiana? List price is $1.6M.

@Leonid Sapronov If I was the seller, I'd want as much as possible. For a deal that size in a rural area, you'll probably get $25,000 or $50,000 on the high side.
