Building my team in the Dallas, TX market
Hey everyone, I am currently looking to build my team in the Dallas, TX market and id really like to get as many referrals as possible, until I just start randomly picking people to call. I am looking for Property Managers, Commercial Multifamily Brokers, Insurance Brokers, Contractors, SEC attorneys, Title attorneys, Bankers, Mortgage brokers, Inspectors, Surveyors. THE WHOLE 9 LOL. My goal is to close on a 100+ unit multifamily deal by the end of 2022. So i am taking massive action. If i don't take action, I'm devastated that ill be in the same spot i was at the beginning of this year. And i am always looking to meet people who are already in the space!! Insurance broker - @Cameron Moore with ProCo Insurance
Agent- @Lucia Rushton knows her business as good as anyone. I know she works in the multifamily space.
Mortgage- Bank OZK is a good lender to work with. My guy is Cody Montandon out of the Southlake office.
Title company- Talk to Diana Griffeth at Fidelity National Title in Southlake
