Seeking position to learn about apartment complex investing.

I am looking for a new position where I can learn how to BRRRR apartment complexes. I currently work in medical staffing where I cold call, track, qualify and disqualify doctors and nurses through my pipeline, and generate referrals for new business. In my first 10 months I've done over $350,000 of billing to clients.

I've recently purchased a condo in Austin, TX and intend to expand my portfolio in the coming years.
