Has anyone here owned section 202 (SUPPORTIVE HOUSING FOR THE ELDERLY PROGRAM) apartments?

We are acquiring an independent living facility, and convert it to section 202 apartment. I'm seeking real-life experiences such as application, lending, insurance process, and so.
