Does anyone own any multifamily or commercial properties on Tybee Island, GA?
Looking for:

BRRRR or Buy/Hold
Own personal unit while renting other units to travelers.
Tips on the island/area year-round
Commercial properties acceptable
Long term investors and out of state (GA) investors.
