We love Greenville, South Carolina and think it is an amazing market. So much so that we just got 300 units under contract. What are your thoughts and experiences with this growing city? Is it the new Austin Texas???

@Josh Oaten

Having spent most of my life in Silicon Valley, having invested in Austin for well over a decade, and living in Greenville SC for the past 8 years, I can tell you Greenville is city on the move.

There is a youthful can do entrepreneurial spirit here.
Thousands of smart young people love to live in and around downtown Greenville.

Billions of dollars of investment and development is underway.

60 acres $60M Unity Park has just been completed in downtown.

Hi tech manufacturing focused around the auto industry is a key economic driver.

Add in its location in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains which provides ample outdoor recreational activities and it’s easy to see why Greenville is booming.

Your team is on the right track investing in this fabulous market!
