Looking for a Sponsor for a 64 unit multifamily syndication deal!
Good morning! My team and I have submitted and LOI on a 64 unit deal in Fayetteville, NC. We offered market value (current NOI/market cap), strong financials, conservative break even at 63% occupancy. Property currently 98% occupied.
Market advantages:
1. Amazon distribution center opening in 2023
2. Home of the largest US Army military instillation
3. 20 year, $118MM downtown development underway
