Multi-family new construction
Hey BP multifamily communtiy! Just testing the waters here to see what kind of real interest there is in rounding up JV partners or cash investors for new 8 to 10 plex construction projects tailored to any market. Is there any interest out there in this community for new construction? I have 33% plans and a winning idea. Anyone willing to talk and are ready to create their own investment opportunities?
