New construction total 9 units 3 separate triplex’s

Would love everyone’s thought on these numbers. 

Bought 3 city lots 2 were empty and one we tore an abandoned house down. Cost $85,000

New construction of the 3 building is going to be $880,000 (lot price included)

Income is $1000 a unit totaling $9,000

With rates and other expenses right now our monthly expense is going to be around $8,000 

Please give us some feedback as we are getting a little un easy lol
