Driving up to bridgeport today to look at my 1st multifamily woohoo... very excited feel like a little kid .. My purpose today is use this property to learn with how to evaluate the property, create my own buying criteria of what I am looking for in any multifamily I am thinking of buying, the area, price, market value etccc

@Edwin De leon you might want to share a bit more about the property to get relevant answers. 

Answers will be very different if you refer to a triplex or you refer to a 300 units apartment community.
