Need help on installation of sub-meters and dividing Trash bill
I have a 4-plex in Fresno. Water bill and trash is adding too much. Trash bills are constant amounts. Can it be divided among the units.
Also, I have tried calling Fresno City office for installation for sub-meters. Also, there are private companies doing it.
Any pointers ? and suggestions.
Want to turn into cash flow !!!
