First Apartment Building Deal - Getting the right info and numbers

I came across a 24 unit property and was able to get in touch and talk to the owner about it. I am trying the get the income and expenses from him and he put me in an email to the owner of the current property management team about getting the necessary paperwork. I was just wondering how long this typically takes because it’s been a few days now with no information. Any help about the process and time it takes to typically do a multi family deal will be greatly appreciated!

@Blake G. if they are organized and using software it should only take a week. 

If they are claiming it takes more time than that to put a P&L together, then they are NOT organized.
