Turning a motel into efficiencies
Hi! My husband and I own a handful of rental properties, but would really like to purchase a defunct motel and turn it into year-round efficiencies. We have a severe housing shortage in the area and I think it could do really well. I was wondering if anyone has any experience they’d like to share or was willing to partner. Thank you!
