How to build a wholesale network from scratch...
I'm working with local and out of state LPs who have essentially given the green light to let us find and operate subinstitutional Multifamily investments that are at least a 7 cap; this is in Missouri, specifically. We're staying around Kansas City, St. Louis, and surrounding MSAs
Now that we have the capital to purchase, we need more dealflow to analyze. I'm new to the game and have a few connections in wholesaling but it is minimal.
If you were starting out on a hunt for multifamily wholesalers to do business with, how would you go about those beginning steps?
