JACKSON COUNTY, MO UNIT COUNT
We are rebuilding our Kansas City list. The problem is Jackson County is not that clear on unit count. For example, if the property is more than 8 units (let's say 100 units) the county will only say ">8" for units. The problem is Apartments.com, Reonomy, or Costar don't have a number of units either. I am trying to reduce wasted time spent by my team calling properties that don't even meet our minimum unit criteria as much as possible. Do you know any other resources to confirm unit count in Jackson County other than jcgis.jacksongov.org, Apartments.com, Reonomy, or Costar?
