Short term rental opportunity-Need a mentor to help me analyze-possible investment 4U
Would anyone be willing to take a few minutes to analyze this deal with me? I received a short term investment opportunity from a real estate syndication. From what it looks like, it seems to have high returns with projected cash on cash return of 45.4. I am looking to get into my first deal and I am just not experienced enough. I will have a talk with the CEO further about this but before I do that, I just want to be armed with a bit more knowledge and good questions to ask before jumping in. Min investment they are asking for is $50k. Does anyone have 15-20 mins to discuss? This may be an opportunity for you to jump into as well!
