Investment Purchase Good Appreciation and Good Rent

Hello all,

I'm looking for markets to invest in that has good appreciation and great rental income. I owe in NY and DC and like those markets, but they are expensive. Happy to keep exploring those markets, but wanted to see if there are others that I should consider. Thank you.

@Izu E. I would definitely suggest looking in some of the Texas markets. Texas has been on the receiving end of some of the largest increases in domestic migration over the last few years, which I would definitely consider a big factor when buying real estate for long term purposes.
