Crown hill, Indianapolis advice
looking to invest in the crown hill area in Indianapolis. Any thoughts! Is it an up and coming area? I’m looking for houses close to 38th street in the north area close to butler university.

Crown Hill has some rougher areas but it does have the advantage of being between downtown and Broad Ripple where there is lots of development. I'd be happy to connect and help you figure out which property is best for your goals.

Its definitely action around the cemetery on all sides!

I would suggest staying north of 38th st in the Butler Tarkington neighborhood. South is rough, albeit heading in a better direction than the last 3 decades.

Spencer has it right. That's an area that has action... but if you have a vacancy you should have a security system in it. I've had some issues in that neighborhood.

We have had some challenges with crime with the houses we manage in this area. Definitely north of 38th would be a better option.
