syndication capital raise - $1 million in equity first deal?

I'm interested for the syndicators in this group. what did you raise for your first fund / deal and what was your minimum capital investment at that time? what was your background before? please PM me if you are actively syndicating and are interested in the OHIO market and would want to sponsor the right deal if that market is part of your strategy.

My first syndication raise was $960k with a $25k minimum. Prior to that I had flipped 100+ homes and owned a large rental portfolio or 1-20 unit buildings. 

We purchase in Columbus and would be happy to look at opportunities in the area.
