Hi I am interested in investing in a multifamily home starting out I have about 30k in disposable income, but I have no clue where to start and how to get investors to come and invest.

You need to start out small. With 30k, you could do some house hacking. I don't know what that'll buy you in Canada. If you are looking for investors when starting out, family and friends are your go-to people. Once you get a track record, you can start finding outside investors. It will take time and effort.
