Whats the next step? BRRRR or a bigger multifamily?
In CT - but willing to go to neighboring states. Sold a two family for 90k in profit, and looking for where to go next.
Right now in CT there are slim pickings, and the off market options just arent making sense numbers wise. Where do I go? Or what should I be looking for - its very possible that I have tunnel vision and am missing opportunities.
