Remote roles in property management

Hi,

Knowing that some positions can only be fulfilled by being on the property, what other positions can be fulfilled remotely (say in Mexico) to save some costs (either that or hire people in  LA, which I always try to avoid). Anyone has experience with that?

For our properties, we do the following:

Remote: online marketing, operational data analysis to direct property & maintenance teams.  Online marketing is probably the easiest one to start with.

Automate: payment, lease signing/paperwork, background check/screening

Onsite: All the points that Joshua mentioned + field marketing + community events + Rent collection/delinquency management.  We also typically require our onsite team members to live in the property.

@Omer, Curious if you meant hire in Los Angeles or Louisiana?
