Seasoned Real Estate Investor Looking for Value Add and Dist 10+ Multi Units

We have been investing in real estate for 15+ years and have acquired over 100 distressed properties, rehabbed and mostly have held as rentals, but have flipped many as well. We are looking to scale and acquire value add 10+ multi-units, and open to most metropolitan areas in the US.
