Looking to invest in Newark

any thoughts/ advice on investing in Newark? Have looking online at properties. 3-4 unit properties..does anybody use property managers?

Looking to buy and rent long term...

Do you have experience as a landlord?

Check out the neighborhood of houses you may be interested in. Newark has a lot of rough areas but also has a lot of nice ones.

Run the numbers(fixing up, taxes, holding costs etc.) make sure it will work as a rental.

Find a Realtor that works in the area to help you out.
