College Student Hungry to Learn

Hey everyone,

I’m a college student about to graduate and have been diving into multifamily real estate, especially wholesaling small apartments. I’m currently reading Big Money in Small Apartments and trying to get my foot in the door not just by reading but by taking real action.

I don’t have deals under my belt yet, but I’m willing to help however I can. Cold calling, lead generation, admin work, driving for dollars, anything it takes to learn from people actually doing the work.

I’m based in San Marcos, TX but open to remote opportunities as well.

If you’re actively in the game and open to letting someone hungry and reliable shadow or help out, I’d be grateful for the opportunity.

Appreciate any advice, guidance, or connections.
