Building Relationships In SoCal Multifamily Community!

Hey everyone,

I’m actively focused on acquiring 4–12 unit multifamily properties in Southern California (San Diego, Riverside, and surrounding areas). My strategy centers on value-add plays (improving operations, modest renovations, and repositioning for stronger long-term performance.)

Right now, I’m building relationships with:

  • Investors who are also looking at small–mid multifamily

  • Agents and brokers with off-market opportunities

  • Owners who want to explore creative structures like seller carry

If this sounds like your space, I’d love to connect and trade notes!

Looking forward to networking and learning from this community.
