Converting legal 2 family into 3 family
Does anyone in NYC have any sights into the cost and time it takes to have the C/O updated from a legal 2 to a legal 3 family? The property is located in Brooklyn and consists of two 4/2 duplexes. One of the existing duplexes is currently occupied (free market rent) and I am looking to convert the other duplex into two separate 2/1 rental units.
