What are your needs and criteria for apartment complexes?
We are multi-family real estate entrepreneurs and just joined BiggerPockets. We wholesale most of the properties we put under contract. We pride ourselves to find deals where there is still a lot of value play for the buyers.
In order to find the real estate you are looking for, please tell me your criteria for buying multi-family properties, such as geographic area, number of doors, max price per door after rehab, min cap rate, etc.
