Freeze Damage

Hi,

I'm a newbie and I'm looking to buy a multi family to live in and there is a house near me deeply discounted due to freeze damage. I have not seen the inside of the house yet but the price seems right and I'm not afraid of getting the work done. My question is, is it worth it to take on a house with freeze damage or will I be taking more headaches then it's worth.

Thanks for your input.

Lesley
