Advice about Multifamily Properties

I have been investing in SFR for the past eight years and I am starting to do the research to get into multifamily, 5 - 20 doors. I have read a few books on multifamily and have done some research. I am a little apprehensive due to the size of the property and not knowing all of the exact steps.

I am looking for advice on the steps that I need to take to be successful or for a contact to connect with that I can ask questions of as they come up.

I like Leon Moody Sr 's advice a lot. I just read "the complete guide to buying and selling apartment buildings" by Steve Berges. I really liked it and night recommend it. We used the advice to negotiate a deal on a 12 unit apartment that should close in the next few weeks.
