Mulit-family basics

I am interested in learning more about the laws and regulations governing multi-family properties.  For example: how units in a property requires on-site management?

Any suggestions on resources?  What government agency usually governs multi-family?

Highly recommend you study the Fair Housing Regulations.

In My Opinion:

You must find access to real credit reports

You *MUST* have a written set of criteria and a checklist for it to screen tenants.

Document why an applicant was rejected.
