Marketing for Investors...

I live in NJ & after 5 years of investing the traditional way....working & saving then buying.

I w\now feel a need to raise money & do larger deals. My question is can I start marketing

for investors? Also does any one know a good lawyer in this area?

Gene Trowbridge wrote the book on syndication, if you are looking to raise equity partners. His book is titled "It's a whole new business."
