Hi Guys-

I am looking to buy my first multi family property in Bayone NJ

I was wondering what you thought.

Also I noticed that that they only have multi families with 2 units not 4 or more. I was wondering how I put that into a LLC if if is less than 4 units. How does that exactly work? Thank you
