What is a good deal?
In today's market, what is a good deal for apartment complex? In my area, the cap rate is around 4.5% to 5%. And I know a lot of other cities can be much higher than that. But what if it's in a great location? Would you consider it's a great deal if it's in a great location with a lower cap rate?
