Lenders in Broward

I am new investor looking for a local bank here in Broward. I am looking for conventional financing for MFH 2-4 units.

I plan on living in one unit and using BRRR method. This would be my first time purchasing a home. From what I understand the home would be in my name and offer very little assets protection. If a bank would allow a transfer to a LLC in the future that would be great however from what I have read that is unlikely. Quiet claim title transfer would trigger an acceleration clause.

I plan on contacting the following lenders for conventional financing. Do local Broward BP members have referrals or experience with the following local lenders in my area (Hollywood florida, Fort Lauderdale .
