I received a lead from one of my listings. He is looking for 5+ multi unit complex or mixed use commercial space. He is looking to buy or assume the existing loans for a total of 5-8 different spaces. He is looking at the following locations in Massachusetts: Brockton, Fall River, Springfield and Worcester. He is particularly interested in the Westgate Mall in Brockton. I have no experience or knowledge in the commercial side of real estate. Who here would be able to take on this lead?
