New to Real Estate investing
Live in Vegas. Have about $70k in equity from my current home that I would like to access in a couple of months and invest in a fourplex here in Vegas to get me started. Not sure if this would be a good idea but I def want to join the club soon. Looking more so for long term cash flow/passive income. Eventually would like to own a couple within time. Any suggestion/tips/pointers would be geeatly appreciated. Thanks!
