Multifamily Deal in contract in Philadelphia, PA
I am new to Bigger Pockets, however I have experience analyzing multifamily deals from a previous position as an acquisitions analyst as well as having completed my CCIM coursework.
I have my first deal going into contract (a student housing multifamily portfolio) in Philadelphia, PA (zip code 19141). It is 21 units and an 8.2 cap. I am looking for funding opportunities through investors interested in the Philly market. Also interested in networking with attorneys and management companies in the area.
