Hello Pocketers! 

Is anyone familiar with the multi family and apartment building market in Allentown, Easton, Bethlehem, Lehigh valley area in P.A.? 

I know some ppl that live in those towns and they say that those places are growing...can anyone with rental properties in those areas or nearby share some insight?
