Hey BP,

I'm getting ready to start my real estate investing journey but I would like to partner up with a buy & hold investor in the Boston Metro areas or  I am a first-time home buyer. I have a Homeowners 101 certificate. I have been to a few reias. Any recommendations or advice is definitely welcomed.If anybody is interested please let me know. Thanks BP!
