Recommendation for Multi-Family Broker in Baton Rouge, Louisiana

We are about to make the leap from buy-and-hold single family residences over to buy-and-hold multi-family. We are evaluating deals on MLS and loopnet, but I am interested in hearing from our Baton Rouge friends if you've had experience/luck with any off-market deals in our area. I'm also very interested in hearing who you think is the best local commercial buyer's agent around for multi-family deals.

Thanks in advance!

Kristen
