Hi all. I am thinking to purchase multi-family property. I have duplexes and SFH in my portfolio. But do not have experience in multi-family 5+. Currently considering 8 units property. Any suggestions for financing that type of property. I live in Michigan and just wondering if someone from my state can recommend financial institute(s) they were liked to work with.

Thank you.

Hi Mike Haikin I have someone who I believe can help. He is an open broker lender and may be able to fit your financial needs. PM me if you would like. Talk soon.
