Could anyone tell me how I could seller finance an apartment complex? I have a seller who wants to sell me 289 units. I also have an end buyer who wants to purchase it from me (I'm a wholesaler) but I want to stay in the deal rather than cash out. My question is how could I structure this deal where I seller finance this to my end buyer?
