non-refundable processing fee
Good evening everyone.Im new to the real estate investing world & would like some input on a particular matter..Im looking @ a multifamily property that has an assumable loan but says it requires a $10k non refundable fee,is this the norm? Or is there another way around this? I dont wanna shell out $10k just to be denied the loan & out $10k.Your experienced thoughts & advice would be greatly appreciated? I do love the deal in particular.Thanks
