Cash out Refinance Recommendation Request
Hello Everyone,
I recently purchased a unit all cash (in February), put in some money into rehab and am now expecting the tenants to move in next week (should be cashflowing about 2k/mo).
Can someone recommend a good lender for me to work with to do a cashout-refinance with 75% LTV ?
