Cincinnati Non-Profit Looking to Lease Apartments

Was in a discussion with a non-profit here in Cinci (based in Northside)  They are looking to lease a block of about 15 single bedroom apartments.  Efficiencies won't work for them.  Must be within the cincinnati corporate limits (terms of the grant).  Anyone in a situation to help them?   Sounds like a good deal for someone.
