How do you guys find the BEST off market deals in your area ?
Im in The Indianapolis area looking for great off market deals to flip mainly in the butler-Tarkington area. Regardless of the area what are the BEST ways to get really good off market deals ? Does anyone work with an investment company that's really good at always updating them with a list that actually has good deals on them ?

Talk with brokers and wholesalers and send out mailers and make phone calls. It's all about the hustle. The more contacts you make the more chance you have of finding a deal.
